mizz 'dancing queen' leathes - few people know of miriam's commitment to all things abba. She dedicated the entire year of 2004 to following the mamma mia tour around europe, all in all viewing the performance some 305 times in 47 different cities! The name of our band, mama popcorn, was in fact partly inspired by miz's love of the late great once-harmonious double duo. Her admiration of the Swedish Swingers is shared by ALL in the band though not all of us have gone to lengths of painting our bedrooms in swede-green, referring to all of our friends as either 'bjorn' 'agatha' 'anni-frid' or 'benny', or tattooing 'Super Trouper' up our fore-arms.
